Does your main image pass?
Drop your Amazon main image. It is checked against the main image rules that get listings suppressed and the habits that win the click: pure white background, zoom resolution, 85% product fill, nothing cut off, sharpness and clean edges. Then you see it in the search grid next to a reference.

The rules, and the habits that win.
Amazon's main image requirements are public. The check reads the pixels of your file against them and adds the three things top listings do on top.
Pure white, square, zoom ready
RGB 255 background, 1:1 frame, longest side at 1600 px or more so the zoom feature turns on.
85% fill, nothing cropped
Big product, clear margin. In the search grid your product is a thumbnail, the fill ratio decides if it is readable.
Sharp edges, clean background
Soft edges and grey casts read as cheap. A clean cut out with a soft contact shadow reads as a brand.
